The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work (SOW) or service agreement between Systemthink and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to provide services.

Limitation of Liability

Systemthink provides consulting services on a best-efforts basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Third-Party Products

As an authorized reseller of certain software products (including GeoExpress, Express Server, and MrSID), we facilitate product licensing on behalf of the respective manufacturers. These products are subject to their own license agreements and warranties. Systemthink is not liable for defects or limitations in third-party software.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
